ATSM #207 - Make Your Mark!

We are back with another challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More!

I have come up with this card-

I have used masking technique using MISTI in order to stack those little birdies over each other and adding those tiny hats! They are from Winnie & Walter- So Tweet stamp set. The stencilled background is made using ARTplorations-dots all over and distress inks. I colored the images using distress inks.
