My hubby got me a new stamp set from Recollections. This is such a refreshing stamp set. I have used various DI colors and stamped over a white card stock.

I went for the sketch! 

I got this stamp set - Morning Glory in my STAMPlorations stash! Absolutely loved it! Tried no line water coloring using distress inks. The sentiment is stamped using STAMPlorations - Trendy Feathers. I have made this card for a friend to whom I am gonna give it soon ! ;)

CAS mid month at STAMPlorations!

Time for mid-month reminder at STAMPlorations CAS Challenge! 

I came up with a slightly different style:

I have used Smile and Frames and flowers stamp set from STAMPlorations. The have used a pink colored card base and stamped using Purple colored and magenta colored Memento ink. :)

All cards are made by stamping the image and coloring it using distress ink. I have used panels of orange colored card stock which is kind of glittery over the white base. :)

It has been a while since I last made a card just for Challenges!

I made a CAS card for Addicted to CAS #101 and CAS(E) this sketch #198.

Here is my card-

I have used Stamps STAMPlorations - Party mates and Balloons and banners. The birds are from Winnie & Walter - So Tweet stamp set. I have colored using Distress inks- Wild Honey, Mustard seeds, Fire Bricks and Hickory smoke.

Sorry for the bad pic, my hubby is away with the camera for a few days. I had to use my mobile and the light is bad.

I made this card-

I made a one layered CAS card. I have used My Favorite Things- Adorable elephant stamp set. Did the coloring using Hickory smoke, Picked raspberry and Worn Lipstick DI.

New Sketch and theme at STAMPlorations!

New Month. New Challenge.

And so we have a new sketch and a new theme at STAMPlorations! :)

I went for both sketch and theme!

For the card, I used Dee's Artsy Impression - Party Mates and Kathryn's Big Wishes from STAMPlorations! Don't those cupcakes look yummy? I have used an unsual combination of colors and I am loving it! The colors are Distress inks - Peacock blue, Spiced Marmalade, Wild Honey and the blue one is artistry ink - wild blueberry.

One of the cupcakes is popped up using double sided glue tape.

Anything CAS with Purple- STAMPlorations Nov!

It is November! NOVEMBER!!! Reallyy???!! This year was fast...whoa!
Oh wait!
It is time for another CAS Challenge at STAMPlorations as we have a new month! :)
 

As always, we have anything CAS goes but this time we have an optional color- Purple.
Well, you all must know, purple is my favorite color. I LOVE it! That's why I have purple all over my blog. I have a lot of purple dresses as well as lots of purple colored cards. Now, this got me thinking, I don't have purple shoes, I should get them and sooonnnnn! :P

This card is inspired by Heather Hoffman- a brilliant and genius lady from the House Built of Cards. Her cards have a story, would love it if you check it there. :)

For the card, I sponged the background and sprintzed water over it.
The flower stamp is from STAMPlorations- Smile (Dee's Artsy Impressions) set which I stamped using pigment ink over the black panel. The sentiment is from STAMPlorations- Balloons and Banners.  Easy?
