I have made cards using both sketch and theme!
Here is my first card-
For the torn background, I used distress ink for sponging. Later, I used ARTplorations stencil- Tribal Swirls over it. Sprinkled water drops are acrylic color. I also used stamp Dee's Artsy Impressions- Balloons and Banners.
I didn't let go the torn part. I used it up for making another card.
This is my second one!
I used Bees Knees-Small Birds , Dee's Artsy Impression-Balloons and banners stamp set and Vignette-Tree silhouettes for it. I splattered ink over it for additional effect. :)
Which one did you like more?

ReplyDeleteYou have created fabulous background and clever way of creating 2 cards :)
ReplyDeleteYou created some fantastic designer paper - to have the bravery to rip it - I admire that - but you got two wonderful cards that way - oh, so clever! The one with the little chick is my fave - such fun and those splatters - perfect!
ReplyDeleteGreat pair of cards Suchi, you made good use of your background paper. I had some left over from mine but had a slight accident with a die in the machine, so the least said about that the better! :)
ReplyDeleteBoth are very cute.I love the way that u used the same bg for both cards.
