STAMPlorations- May Sketch and theme!

We are having New Sketch and Theme Challenge at STAMPlorations this month! :)

Here is my grungy take on it!

I firstly stamps the flower using Bloom Sketches. I masked it and used Trendy Leaves stamp set over the card! I sprinkled drops of water before stamping the leaves.

The butterflies were stamped using Trendy Butterflies stamp set and fussy cut. Hope you like my card? :)

Heyyya My Crafty Friendsss!! :)

Summers here are like sitting inside an oven! The temperature goes upto 48 degree Celsius ! ACs are our only escape! 

Anyhoo, back to the card! I am playing along a few challenges this week and here is my card!

I stamped "So Tweet" stamp from Winnie & Walter over the card base and colored using distress inks-  Mustard Seed and Wild Honey. I colored the sentiment and side pane using navy blue colored water color from Mr.Huey's water color set. I also stamped the moustache stamp from the same stamp set. The sequins are from Bo Bunny.

Here is a close-up of my coloring! Those chicks are so cute! :)

Well, I won a Winnie & Walter Gift Certificate at Coffee Lovers blog hop!And so, I bought myself a "So Tweet" stamp set. It is really an  adorable stamp set! :) I won Outside Inn Traveller Mug as a flash prize too! :) This one->

Muse Christmas Visions- Guest Designer!

Hellloooo Dearrrr Craftersss!! :)

I am so delighted to say that I am Guest Designing at Muse Christmas Visions Challenge! Ardyth surprised me by asking me to join MCV! :)

Check out what I have made-

For this one-layered card, I have used STAMPlorations- Yuletide Cheers stamp set. I stamped the green bauble(using Mowed lawn Distress ink) and masked it. Later, I stamped using Fire brick distress ink. I masked both the baubles to sponge the background. Then, water colored them and added accents of white stars in the background! :)

Hope my card inspired you all! It would be great if you all could join in this week- you may create any Christmas themed or winter card inspired from this card!

I used Dee's Artsy Impressions- Balloons and Banners from STAMPlorations and BoBunny- Sentiment stamp set.
I used various distress ink colors on the balloons! Did you like it? :)

ARTplorations Stencil Blog Hop - Day 3!

Heyya Sweet Friends!!

Thank you for the sweet comments that you leave on my blog- they encourage me and inspire me! 

As you know, today is day 3 of ARTplorations blog hop! :)

Check out what I made -

The stencil is from ARTplorations - Hearts all over! I have tried everything to make this card "Grungy"! ;)

I sponged the distress ink over the card and dabbed white pigment ink for grunginess. I also used up the remaining colors of the stencil from my last card and inked up the background! ;)

The offset stencilling was done using black  marker. The sentiment is from STAMPlorations- Bloom Sketches. If you have missed checking out my previous blog hop cards, check them out here-  Day1 and Day2.

STAMPlorations Mid-month Reminder for Sketch and Theme!

Heyyaaa All!!

I have a card to share with you all for STAMPlorations- Mid month Inspiration!

As you know, the theme is

The sketch is this


I made this card using both sketch and theme! :)

The Stamps used are STAMPlorations "Trendy Butterflies" and "Bold Sentiments- Hashtag Authentic". These are two of my many favorite stamps from STAMPlorations! :)

For the card, I masked the sentiment area using a tape and started sponging as shown. I love this color combination- it is Seedless Preserves and Peacock Feathers fromTim Holtz distress ink. Then I clear embossed these flutters and a swirl stamp from one local shop. I lifted the ink from the paper. This is one extremely useful technique and gives off beautiful dreamy effect on your card! :)
I enjoyed adding slpatters to the card! Always brings out the child in me..hehe! ;)
